Guimaraes will actually be the European Capital of the Culture in 2012.
Rolhas & Rotulos is the “first” Winebar in town equipped with the modern ENOMATIC Wine dispensers which allow the “intelligent Winetasting”: The client can serve himself wine by glass through the Winecard, according to his personal choice, in perfect conditions and at the perfect temperature.

Il Tartufo – Amoreiras, Lisboa – Portugal

The Enoline 4 Basic Refrigerated was the perfect solution for this restaurant which wanted to offer the possibility to accompany the Mediterranean flavours prepared by Chefe Nuno Dinis with wine. All this during lunch time, where opening a full bottle is not always possible. Therefore there are four choices by the glass, all served as the bottle was freshly opened and at the correct temperature.


 

Monte Prado Hotel & SPA – Melgaço, Minho – Portugal

With the river Minho as background, this hotel offers besides the magical atmosphere and relaxing SPA, some of the best Alvarinho wines and iconic red’s….all by glass!!!! On our last visit there we noticed the amount of wine glasses in tables usually known for their beer support.
