In order to purchase DOC DMC online products, customers must carefully read and agree the following terms and conditions:
A) Impairments and Legal Restrictions
All alcoholic beverages available for sale in the store can only be purchased by individuals of legal age in their country of residence to make such purchase.
DOC DMC Services, Events & Wine is not responsible for any submission made ??to countries where law does not permit the entry of alcoholic beverages - any seizure of the order is entitled to customer's responsibility. All items for sale are limited to existing stock. Orders will be executed by order of arrival. In case of exhaustion of stock of a DOC DMC wine product, DOC DMC may replace it with another one of similar quality and price. In case of disruption or closing trade activity at the time of purchase, the customer will be contacted in order to work on a solution that might please both parts. Also, DOC DMC will consider returning the value of the order.
C) Price of Articles
Prices are listed by one bottle of 75cl (unless the description indicates other capacity), or by one box of six bottles. Prices are in Euros (€) including VAR at the prevailing rate at time of purchase. Prices don't include the cost of delivery. In case of exchanging of the product, the purchase is based on the final product price. All prices shown on the online store of DOC DMC may change without notification.
D) Processing the Order and Notifications
Once the online purchase process is finished, the customer will receive an email confirmation with the receipt of purchase order. Despite the availability of prices per bottle, an order shall mandatorily have a minimum of 6 bottles, necessarily containing a minimum of three similar bottles. Any order made through the website of DOC DMC will be automatically cancelled if payment is not settled within a maximum period of 10 days.

Payment confirmation shall be sent with the details of your order number to the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. If you chose to pay online (credit card, ATM Card, Paypal or Moneybookers), the proof will be sent through the respective entities and automatically included in the process of your order.
We process orders immediately after payment or after receiving e-mail payment confirmation.
After your order you will receive an invoice or receipt by e-mail at the address submitted during the checkout process.
G) Transport and Shipping Costs
Delivery costs vary depending on weight, volume and destination of the order previously completed. While making the selection of the delivery method, will be informed of the shipping costs when the final price of your order appears in the shopping cart. The final price of the order will also include a packaging cost of 1,50€ per bottle, added to the cost of transport to the delivery address indicated by the client.
H) Delivery Schedule
Orders are usually sent by SOLVE Transports, based in Lisbon. Each order takes up to 3 days to be delivered in continental Portugal and 4-6 days in Europe, Azores and Madeira. The conditions for deliveries to countries outside Europe will be evaluated and properly informed as the country of delivery, package weight and legal restrictions to consider. DOC DMC is not responsible for any delay of the SOLVE transportation services.
In order to plan your itinerary it is mandatory to reserve your visit & tastings as well as lunch or dinner stops at least one day in advance with DOC DMC Services Events&Wine ensuring reference to the “Winelands of Portugal” program and indicating the number of your voucher.
Every booklet is prepared for one couple or 2 persons travelling together and includes the number of vouchers corresponding to the category purchased.
Taste – with 2 vouchers for wine tastings
Delight – with 2 vouchers for wine tastings & 2 for lunch/dinner
Dreams – with 2 vouchers for wine tastings & 1 voucher for 2 overnight stays.
Each tasting voucher is valid for one person and includes a visit to the winery and the tasting mentioned on the respective page of each restaurant/ winery.
Each meal voucher has a value of €35. In most of the restaurants suggested that will be the cost of the meal including wine. Should there be any extra expenses we kindly ask you to settle them on site. This program foresees a minimum consumption; therefore one lunch/dinner voucher cannot be used for 2 persons.
The hotel voucher is valid for the hotel and number of nights, based on the pack acquired. You can reserver your room right away when purchasing the pack. Availability will always be subject to our reconfirmation or you can decide to reserve your room at a later stage.
Upon reserving and checking the hotel availability, your voucher will be replaced with one that indicates the name of the hotel, the number of nights and the type of room chosen. For any reservation changes a fee of € 25,-/reservation will be charged.
All vouchers are valid for 6 month from their date of issue.
Once expired vouchers Are not refundable.
Tasting and/or meal vouchers that are not used during your visit are non-refundable, partially or in full, regardless of inferior consumption to the voucher’s amount.
This guide book was elaborated based on indications from the suppliers participating in the guide book and is regularely updated. However DOC-DMC cannot be hold risponsible for data errors or failed attempts in contacting them.

Upon reception of your inquiry we will send you a complete offer according to the Enomatic Model required including all necessary and optional acessories as well as the cost for importation, installation and training.
With confirmation of our offer and your order we will ask you a deposit payment of 50% of the total value of your order in order to start production at the factory in Italy.
Delivery time will be around 6 to 8 weeks. With delivery we will asked you for a 2nd payment ot 30%. The remaining 20% will be asked once the installation is concluded.
With the installation DOC DMC will supply you with the manual of the Enomatic dispenser as well As the certificate of 1 year guarantee.
DOC DMC offers technical assistance service in all country by our own technical team or partner companies.
DOC DMC can not be hold responsible for damage or bad operation of the dispenser caused through inappropriate use.
